Has wrong sell prices for loot on items he buys, the ones I noticed:
Chain Armor- Buys for 40gp instead of 70gp
Battle Shield- Buys for 60gp instead of 95gp
Brass Armor- Buys for 112gp instead of 150gp
Also he doesn't buy scale armor like he is supposed to. May want to look into other things with this npc.
